Pack Your Gear
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag to ensure protection during transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
